Data controller

What we process

• IP address — used for basic visitor statistics (unique visits per day) and approximate location.
• Approximate location — country / region / city derived from IP (via headers such as Cloudflare and/or a geo lookup service). This is not a precise street address.
• Browser & device type — from the user-agent string (e.g. Chrome, mobile).
• Page path & referrer — which page was opened and, if available, the previous site.
• Contact form — name, e-mail and message you voluntarily send (stored for the site operator to read in the admin panel and/or e-mail).

Purpose & legal basis

Technical logs support site security, traffic analysis and improving content. Processing is based on legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, and on consent where you submit a form.

Retention

Visitor log rows are limited (recent requests only). Unique IP sets for statistics are kept for a limited period (about 90 days). Form messages are kept until the operator deletes them.

Cookies

A technical cookie may be used for language preference and a session id for the optional live visitor indicator. Essential WordPress cookies apply if you log into the admin area. Full table: Cookie policy.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including Türkiye’s KVKK where relevant), you may request information, correction or deletion of personal data relating to you via the contact page.
